We dreamed, more or less secretly, of this collab' between the giants of backpack and edc, Belleroy and Carryology... It is now a reality. The experienced designers of the two teams have joined forces and developed, after a good dozen prototypes, two chimeras (a keus and a wallet), made of a material that is making its appearance in the game for the occasion: the FSDX ripstop leather from Ecco Leather. Two little jewels in exclusivity for all Europe on our site (attention: limited quantity...).
Chimera, by definition, is \"something that one hopes or wishes for, but which is in fact illusory or impossible to achieve.\" In Greek mythology, the term specifically refers to a mythological beast made up of multiple parts... creating an incredible creature of desire. Just that. This Bellroy x Carryology collaboration follows that same wild pattern... A quality set, forged from pieces carefully selected by Bellroy.
Bellroy's expertise in leather is renowned. So Carryology challenged them to find the ultimate in leather innovation - and the Bellroy team did not disappoint. They turned to the world's best leather supplier, ECCO Leather (the wizards of Dyneema-bonded leather) and dug into the latest findings to find FSDX performance. A brand new innovation that bonds top grain leather to a lightweight ripstop, reducing weight while enhancing strength. Clap Clap.
The Bellroy x Carryology Chimera Backpack is a minimalist bag par excellence, yet it has several storage compartments accessible from the outside, but also different internal compartments in which you can store your water bottle, your 15-inch computer, your kit, your sunglasses, your wallet... all the stuff you need to work, in short. Orange details (to find quickly your stuff inside), possible extension from 18 to 22 liters, two external hidden pockets (for water bottles, umbrellas or other bulky items) that will not make you lose space inside, seams designed against moisture and a PU coating (form a bag that is not afraid of drops) ...
